Job summary

Main duties of the job

Healthroster Manager – Band 7

We are looking for a confident, motivated, individual with outstanding verbal and written communication.

You will need to have a solid background in rostering and be knowledgeable in associated payroll processes to drive system improvements, gain efficiencies and improve effectiveness of rostering practices.

Croydon Health Services NHS Trust provide hospital and community services from a number of community and specialist clinics throughout Croydon. The Trust was formed on 1st August 2010 through the integration of Croydon Community Health Services and Mayday Healthcare NHS Trust.
