Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Patent Systems Specialists (WebV/DMO/OPflow/EPR) to join our friendly and professional Patient Systems Team. The post-holder will have knowledge of WebV/DMO/ specialist electronic patient record systems and be part of a team supporting our end users daily use and working closely with Digital Teams to deliver projects efficiently and on plan.

The successful applicant will work closely with the Clinical Directorates and colleagues in the Digital and Informatics teams to provide specialist support and advice on systems setup, configuration and use to support all aspects of care, service planning, policy-making and accountability.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will manage a small team responsible for a number of the Trust’s electronic patient record systems including WebV and Dragon Medical One

The post-holder will provide specialist support on systems set-up, configuration and , where this is a new system or upgrade, implementation and training in advance of transfer to live system.Working with the Project Manager and lead clinicians to ensure appropriate and robust testing of software, planning and identifying resources required to ensure delivery within required timescales.

The Patient Systems Teams are specialist multi skilled information professionals responsible for the administration, support, management, training and further development of the Trusts Patient and Information systems, such as WebV (EPR) PCS (PAS), eRS, Dragon Medical Workflow Manager and Dragon Medical One, Endosoft, Patientrack, EPMA (Medchart), ICE, SystmOne, used by teams across the acute and community based services.
