Robert Half have partnered on a retained basis with County Contractors to recruit an IT Manager on a permanent basis.
County Contractors specialise in quality Hotel and Retail refurbishment solutions in London, the wider UK and Europe. They have over 46 years’ experience of successfully delivering high profile projects for operators and owners in the Hotel and Retail sectors
They successfully manage and deliver a wide array of hotel projects, ranging from internationally renowned brands to independent and boutique hotels.
The role
Supervising daily operations of network and server infrastructure
Aligning IT infrastructure with current and future business requirements and goals
Managing IT budgets, forecast, handling cash flow and enforcing cost-effectiveness
Evaluating risk, developing network recovery and backup processes
Assessing and purchasing new and replacement hardware
Assuring that IT activities are within the limits of applicable laws, codes and regulations
Testing, troubleshooting and adjusting information systems to operate effective
Implementing security of the network, data and its storage and communication systems.

Backup/Recovery technologies – on premise and virtual incorporating Barracuda
Meraki and Microsoft Mobile Device Management – incorporating Android and Apple DEP
Remote Management Systems
Corporate Wireless Technology including Ubiquiti and Meraki
IT Networking and Topology’s
TCP/IP, VLAN, switching, routing and firewall configuration, LANs, WANs and VPNs
Wi-Fi Technology (including Ubiquiti Unifi)
Windows Server 2012-2019, VMware ESX/ESXi, Exchange Exchange Online
MSOffice 365 -Admin Estate including the use of SharePoint, Forms, Flows and Teams
Windows 10/11 Desktops
ISO27001 (implementing and internal auditing)
IT Security Policies and Procedures
Data Protection (including GDPR)
iOS, Android
Database creation and management
Package
£40,000-£50,000 + additional benefits
