Job Details

Team/Admin Assistant Responsible for the Executive Members of staff in the Investment Banking function. This is a fast-paced environment in one of the world’s leading financial institutions, serving individual consumers, small- and middle-market businesses, large corporations and governments with a full range of financial and risk management products and services.

  • Answers phone calls and takes messages

  • Schedules meetings

  • Books conference rooms, and makes appointments.

  • Performs administrative duties including updating documents, memos, letters and forms.

    • Competencies

  • Basic PC skills with knowledge of Word/Excel.

  • Follows well defined procedures and practices.

  • May require experience in the field or in a related area.

  • Attention to detail is required

  • Experience operating in fast-paced, financial services/blue chip environments with Investment Banking experience
