Focussing on providing a safe and secure medicines management service, ensuring patient medical records are maintained to the agreed standard at all times and ensuring standard operating procedures are followed to a high and orderly standard.   Day to day management of the technicians, including work planning and resource allocation; carrying our regular supervision and appraisal for pharmacy staff including clear documentation and target setting in agreement with the Pharmacist. 

Main duties of the job

You will hold NVQ Level 3, BTEC, or equivalent qualifications and have current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPHC) to be considered for this role. You will also have relevant post-qualification experience working within a pharmacy environment and multi-disciplinary team.

The bonus is paid in four parts: 850 is paid within your first 6 months of employment (350 at the end of your first month of employment, 500 after 6 months, or successful completion of a probation period). You will receive a 650 after 15 months of service, and a further 1000 when you reach 2 years service with Practice Plus Group. The total bonus is pro-rata for part time joiners.
