Pensions Data Analyst

We are currently recruiting for a Data Analyst with Pensions Scheme experience (DB & DC Schemes) to join one of our Insurance Clients on a 6 month contract, currently remote working with occasional travel to Redhill Office.

Please note this role is Inside IR35.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive high quality task delivery as part of the wider client project delivery, ensuring each deliverable is produced efficiently and to schedule.
  • Monitor own workload and ensure tracking management information data is up to date and accurate for allocated workload
  • Delivery of allocated task delivery deadlines within scope and budget
  • Ensure that all chargeable work is captured correctly on time sheets for billing purposes
  • Performs data processes, including the following: Running and specifying data extracts from the pensions administration system including bespoke reportsTransforming extracted data or data received into the required format and structurePerforming and specifying data uploads to the administration systemPerforming bulk calculations in ExcelBuilding and enhancing Excel templates and macros for regular jobs
  • Experience:

  • Technical Pensions and Data Projects knowledge with experience of dealing with Occupational Pensions Schemes (Defined Benefit & Defined Contribution) and managing task in relation to data driven projects
  • Advanced numerical skills with intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
