There are some fantastic opportunities on our medical wards at the Friarage Hospital, Northallerton for experienced and newly qualified nurses and Allied Health Professionals – and there has never been a more exciting time to join our growing team

Our busy medical wards Romanby, Ainderby and CDU are expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions in adults. The multi-disciplinary teams work together to assess plan and co-ordinate the needs of individuals with complex care needs.

Would you like to be part of our blended teams? Collaboratively utilising our skills and competencies symbiotically for patient benefit, assuming complementary roles sharing responsibility for problem-solving and making decisions to formulate and carry out plans for patient care.

We have a variety of posts full and part-time to suit your needs. We would also welcome any retired nurses who may wish to return to the NHS on reduced hours.

Our endoscopy and urology diagnostic hub has just opened its doors and we have been given the go ahead to build a new £35 .5 million surgical centre.

Other recent developments include the opening of our MRI scanner, dialysis unit, eye unit, rapid diagnostic centre, The Sir Robert Ogden Macmillan Centre and STRIVE academic centre.
