Project Assistant

Monday – Friday

£10.25 hourly

My client is looking for a Projects Assistant to compile and schedule client documents which will consist of entering accurate and correct data on to our case management system. This position will also include retrieving client documents scanning where needed and relocating paperwork.

Your main responsibilities will include;

  • Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entrReviewing data for any errors and correcting.
  • Scan documents when required
  • Respond to queries for retrieval of documents
  • Requirements & skills necessary for the role;

  • Previous data entry work
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with MS Office and data programs
  • Familiarity with administrative duties
  • Experience using office equipment i.e., printers, scanners
  • Confidentiality
  • Organisational skills and ability to stay focused
  • Effective communication Skills
  • There is an element of manual handling required within

    this role in which the candidate will be required to relocated boxes to our secure storage location within the office.
