Our apprenticeships are a fantastic place to begin your career in your chosen discipline. Being an apprentice at Arcadis offers you an exciting opportunity to jump straight into the professional world and earn a living whilst also studying for professional qualifications. As an Apprentice you will play an active part in driving your career development and will be exposed to a variety of projects across the business. Technical experience is key in our sector, which is why we will provide you with a clear framework to work towards chartership.

Youll be given the opportunity to immerse yourself in life at Arcadis, whilst transforming your world and the world around you. Youll be part of a supportive Early Careers community and will work alongside skilled professionals. Youll benefit from structured on-the-job training, mentoring,plus funding and support foraccreditations relevant to your programme, as well as the assistanceyou need to develop and succeed. Depending on your apprenticeship, you will attend college/university on a block or day release basis.

As part of your apprenticeship, you will be given 20% off the job training in line with the government regulations. 

Qualifications & Experience

As a Management Consultant in our Business Transformation team you will support our clients with their most pressing problems through bold, digitally enabled solutions that positively impact people, the planet and profit. We do this by combining the deep asset, industry and digital expertise that resides across Arcadis range of sectors, business units and capabilities. Our service capabilities include: Change Management, Digital Transformation, Asset Management, Supply Chain & Procurement and Capital Programme Transformation. 

  • This programme will see you obtain a Level 4 Business Analyst Standard with our training provider, Multiverse 

  • This is a 2 year programme 

  • Minimum requirements you will need 4 GCSEs including Maths and English at level 4 9 (Previously A-C) or equivalent PLUS 2 A levels at A-C this must include Maths and ideally Physics / Science subject or BTEC National diploma (MPP) 

  • You will: 

  • Be a UK/EU/EAA resident for at least three years prior to starting the course and have the right to work in the UK 

  • 18 (Level 6) years old and have left full time education when the apprenticeship starts

  • Be able to present information in a clear and concise manner

  • Be a team player with great interpersonal and communication skills 

  • Be Innovative 

  • Be resilient and the ability to deal with ambiguity

  • Be analytical with good sense for numbers and digital skills
