Randstad C&P are currently working with a National Maintenance and Facilities provider who are looking for a Head of Projects (M&E bias) to head up their Projects division within their office in the Newcastle area.

You will be responsible for managing the National Projects Team consisting of Project Managers, Administration Team, Engineering Team and Subcontractors. You will oversee the project delivery of projects from £5K to £1mil, from conception to completion. You and your Team will deliver the full scope of project lifecycles including Tenders, estimating projects, design, material procurement & labour allocation and managing H&S requirements and systems.

Experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • A friendly and professional manner

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Computer Literate
  • Extensive Project Management Experience
  • Experience of running a projects team
  • Qualifications

  • Full UK driving Licence
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Able to pass a DBS check for relevant convictions*
  • Project Management Qualification (desirable)
  • SMSTS
  • Relevant Trade Qualification
