We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Health Care Support Workers who would relish the opportunity to work within the Community Nursing in Lower Annandale & Eskdale delivering quality nursing care to mainly housebound patients 24 hours per day. We cover a rural area, with bases in Gretna and Annan.
You will be working closely within an interdisciplinary Home Team which provides support to people in the local community.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an innovative, creative, compassionate and collaborative nursing team. Experience working within a Health Care Support Worker role is preferred but not essential.
