This is an excitingopportunity to join our friendly TALKWORKS teams at Petitor House (Torquayteam) and Pembroke House (Paignton & Brixham team). TALKWORKS offers psychologicaltherapies across Devon and Torbay.

We have one full-time and one part-time position for motivatedadministrators. These are permanent vacancies. Hours per weekare negotiable. TALKWORKS currently operates Monday to Friday.

The admin team manage a highnumber of telephone and online referrals into the service, they also handle generalqueries and provide administrative support for a large team of psychologicaltherapists and psychological wellbeing practitioners. This can be a demandingand rewarding role for someone who is passionate about patient care, diligentand hard-working. Main duties of the job

The main duties for theBusiness Support Administrator role will be to process the large amount oftelephone and online self-referrals received by TALKWORKS Daily.

Dealing with high volumes ofcalls and the occasional distressed call in a empathetic and calm manner. Bookinginitial appointments on our electronic patient record system IAPTUS andprocessing appointment letters. Providing general admin support to theTherapists within the team.
