The work includes private equity, private debt, real estate, venture, credit, infrastructure, funds of funds, distressed, activist funds, structuring carried interest, co-investment, fund restructurings and hybrid mid-market CLO-type funds.

Your new role
Is for an E&W qualified lawyer with 4 to 5 years PQE in a London Private Practice funds teams, where the work includes the type of work outlined as well as natural resources, funds of funds, advising on the structuring of carried interest and the legal aspects of creating new investment management businesses.

What you’ll need to succeed
E&W qualified; 4-5 PQE in London Private Practice, exceptional academics, strong work ethic and naturally positive towards BD. Your legal experience will demonstrate all matters associated with working for P.E. clients and the processes encountered in their deals, workings and set-ups.
