Role

/ Duties:

* Dealing with clients in a professional and courteous manner

* Liaising with providers on a regular basis to ensure schemes are kept up to date

* Collating information for renewals

* Requesting and reviewing market comparable quotes

* Preparing data and reports for review

* Working with the Account Manager to provide data to clients

* This role would suit someone with good IT / administration / Excel skills

* Knowledge of the Employee benefits would be desirable but not essential.

Skills:

A good knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, and experience of Adviser office software would be preferred but training will be provided. The ability to manage your time carefully and prioritize is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are important. This role includes a large amount of data and therefore attention to detail is imperative. You will be working in a small team but must be motivated to work on your own on individual projects.
