Job summary

Berkshire Healthcare are seeking an organised and motivated person for an MSK Physiotherapy Team Lead position at our West Berkshire MSK Physiotherapy Department.You will be accountable for managing an excellent clinical and administrative team ranging from Bands 3 – 7. The role will also require you to work closely with our Clinical Leads and Operational Manager as well as having regular contact with the Trusts Advanced Practice Physiotherapists. We receive a wide variety of referrals from GP surgeries and from the Trusts Specialist Spinal/Pain Service and MSK Community Specialist Service.

This role requires a dynamic and enthusiastic person with excellent communication skills, who has experience of collaborative working and leadership. You should have a broad range of musculoskeletal outpatient postgraduate experience as a senior musculoskeletal physiotherapist and be able to demonstrate experience of staff management.

The successful candidate will need to be committed to providing high quality effective physiotherapy assessment and excellent team leadership.

This post incorporates 18.75 hours managerial time but still allows you to have contact time with patients and the opportunities to develop your clinical skills. Applicants in the past 3 months need not apply.
