As an administrator you will be part of a small team that supports The Health Visiting service.

This is a workforce of Specialist Community Public Health Nurses who provide support and interventions to families with children in the first years of life, and help empower parents to make decisions that affect their family’s future health and wellbeing. The service is central to delivering public health outcomes for children.

We welcome applications from school leavers for this position.

Main duties of the job

The purpose of the role is to provide admin support to the Health Visiting teams across South Gloucestershire.

The main duties of the role are;

Responding to client enquires in writing, face to face or via the telephone

Making appointments on behalf of the Health Visiting team

Electronic Filing within client records

Managing incoming and outgoing post
