Customer Service (Insurance) – Manchester City Centre – £24,000 to £25,000 – Monday to Friday – Hybrid available!

Salary: £24,000 – £25,000

Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week

     Market leading Insurance Broker based in Manchester City Centre. This company has just under 20 years experience in the industry and is currently going through a period of growth and looking for people to join them in their customer service department!

    Duties of the Customer Service role :

  • Providing the highest levels of customer service
  • Ensuring positive outcomes for Customers
  • Working efficiently and effectively alongside brokers and service providers
  • Ensure you know the brokers and customers needs
  • Learning new processes and procedures
  • Keeping up to date with the latest legislation
