    Job Description

    This role within the busy Investment Accounting team is to support the Client delivery for Property Managers, Facilities Managers and Accountants.

    This will include assistance with a varied range of duties across all teams.

    This role requires a self-starter with an eye for detail and the ability to juggle many tasks and priorities on an ongoing basis.

    The role is initially for 12 months to support the team during a busy project, team expansion, and change. Supporting within the property administration team and the wider team whilst we bed in new processes.Ensuring all year end and budget information is sent to tenants by e-mail and stored in accordance with our procedures

    Liaise with internal team members to resolve tenant and audit queries

    Preparing information for inclusion in the SC year end audits

    Providing ad hoc support to teams on a project basis, liaising with suppliers and tenants in conjunction with the Property Managers

    Raising purchase orders for Property and Facilities Managers

    Diarise regular checking and cleansing of systems to ensure stages are completed in a timely manner

    The Successful Applicant

    Excellent communication skills.

    Autonomy and ability to work with minimal supervision.

    Flexibility and commitment to completing the task in hand.

    Enthusiasm to learn about the company, department and property regulations.

    Basic understanding of Microsoft applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams)

    Ability to jump between multiple systems to gather information.

    High levels of organisation to ensure work is completed seamlessly.
