Behaviour Support Assistant
Salary: £70-£85 a day (varied depending on experience and qualifications)

A secondary school in Salford is looking to recruit a behaviour mentor to promote positive behaviours with identified pupils. They are looking to engage with candidates who are experienced working with behaviours that challenge and can help overcome barriers to learning.
Various mainstream schools have seen a big increase in the number of exclusions in recent years; as such, the school is looking to increase behavioural support to work alongside students who are at risk of inclusion.
