We make promises to our customers, and we’ll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

  • Ensure the Warehouse and Co-Pack Operation is resourced sufficiently to achieve volume throughputs and is inline with the operational budget.
  • Co ordinate activities for the Site Resource Planning Manager in terms of planning Performance Reviews, 121 meetings.
  • Assist in the development and provison of KPI reports to the Operational Team on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Monitor Collegue performance on a real time basis and report anomilies accordingly.
  • Responsible for accurately reporting Shift Status information on a 2 hourly basis.

  • Previous experience in a supply chain environment and resource planning role preferred
  • High level of IT literacy, excel proficiency essential
  • Ability to produce statistical data and analyse reports
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to work under pressure and to demanding deadlines.
