Sugarman Health & Wellbeing are currently recruiting a Support Worker based in Warrington supporting a gentleman with complex needs. Our client has a great sense of humour and loves listening to music. He enjoys accessing the community regularly and partaking in activities that his team have arranged such as attending Rugby games and going to the pub quiz!
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and not afraid to get stuck in, they will be keen to support the service user in any activities that the service user would like to engage in. You would become an essential part of his existing care team in this fulfilling and exciting role. This is a challenging yet exciting opportunity.
About the Support Worker role:
Hourly Rate: £12 per hour (Enhanced hourly rate on all Bank Holidays)
Location: Warrington
Shifts Available: Days 0800-2000 & Nights 2000-0800
Speciality: Complex and Clinical Care

Duties for this Support Worker role
Able to support in Moving and Handling
Able to support in Personal Care
Supporting and maintaining all clinical needs
Personal support with emails, letters, diary organising and taking notes in meetings (ability to use apple devices)
Supporting with organising trips and creating itineraries
To be respectful and maintain professional boundaries
Applicant requirements:
The enthusiasm to learn and experience new things
To be willing to embrace the goals he wants to achieve
Someone who will go above and beyond for the Service User and staff involved in the package
Able to work in the UK and can show documents
