BerkshireHealthcare NHS Foundation Trust are currently seeking a Community Nurse to workin the Thatcham area. This is a full-time role until March 2023, working fulltime hours 8.30am to 4.30pm, 5 days per week which will include some weekends.

Main duties of the job

What you will be responsible for

WoundManagement, pressure Ulcer prevention, catheterisation, leg ulcer management,compression, drains, PICC/chemo disconnect, IV therapy, syringe driver T34 pump,palliative care, medication administration, venepuncture and nephrostomy care.

The role will involve, but not belimited to you performing the above.

  • Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices

  • Full driving licence and own vehicle.
