This is great opportunity for a junior to mid level finance lawyer who enjoys doing a broad range of finance transactions rather than becoming siloed in one type of deals. The matters that you will advise on includes leveraged acquisition and acquisition finance, investment grade lending, multicurrency and asset-based financings, syndicated lending and real estate finance. The work is domestic and also international and there are a number of interesting bespoke transactions that you will have the opportunity to work on.
