An exciting opportunity has come up at our client schools in  Christchurch who are undergoing a transitional period with new management and changes to the department.

The role consists of teaching  Chemistry up to KS4  with planning and marking duties included. As well as this the school are very keen for the member of staff to be integrated within the school by taking up and getting involved in extra curricular activities that they promote within the school.

The school is a co educational school and its ethos promotes equality and student/staff wellbeing at the core of it’s values, the ideal candidate would also have to promote this message through their work and behaviours

Requirements 

  • Ability to teach Chemistry up to KS4
  • You must have a UK recognised QTS and be based in the UK to be considered for this role 
  • Provide 2 professional references from recent employment 

    • The school 

  • Secondary school in the Christchurch area 
  • Large Science department with excellent laboratory equipment 
  • Good behaviour and effective behaviour policies
  • ECT would also be considered by the school for this role
