The Senior Associate, Information Security operates within the First Line of Defense and is accountable to assist the rest of the team in driving effective and consistent business line execution against the Information Security Operating Policy. This position will be responsible for supporting and driving risks and issues within and pertaining to InfoSec. The role will involve identification, review, and analysis of InfoSec risks, and remediation action plans. The role will also involve working with a variety of stakeholders at senior levels located throughout Groups US operating entities. This position will be exposed to all various aspects of InfoSec, as well as other areas of organization.
Additional responsibilities include:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Work Experience: 9-12 years; Experience in IT Security.
Skills and Abilities:
· Knowledge of risk assessment tools, technologies, and methods
· Experience planning, researching and developing security strategies, standards, and procedures
· Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
· Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
· Strong understanding of security, incident response and/or networking/PC concepts
· Proven ability to understand and analyze complex issues, then apply experience and judgment to develop sound recommendations especially as related to malware, eDiscovery, current threats/attacks and/or vulnerability management

Working Conditions: Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. Occasional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown. Physically capable of lifting up to fifty pounds, able to bend, kneel, climb ladders.
