TXM Recruit is working in partnership with a world renown and award-winning F/M Company. They are expanding and enhancing their teams on site at one of their key accounts are looking for a Electrical Site Manager to join their team to deliver turnkey end-to-end electrical site management solutions across varied M and e projects.
The role is contract to start but it will likely go permanent if that’s what all parties want.
Our client has just moved onto site and will be on there for a minimum of 5 years so its a fantastic chance to join the team at its inception.
Based on our clients state of the art complex in Towcester we are looking for a candidate who has experience of effective management, budget control, compliance with all legislation including CDM Regulations, delivery and management of project files and effective asset hand over.
The candidate must have experience of working within Laboratory environments.
