Your role is essential tobring together a group of people working in health and care providerorganisations, local schools, colleges, universities, community groups, jobcentres and other employment support agencies across Sussex to establish clearroutes into health and social care jobs and careers. You will have a particularfocus on socially excluded groups in Sussex, and areas of the workforceexperiencing severe shortages e.g., nursing, midwifery, and Allied HealthProfessional roles.

Main duties of the job

Within 12 months youll havethe opportunity to improve the way health and care organisations across Sussexpromote jobs and careers at in-person events, through social media, and othercommunication channels, making best use of the resources available. This is a 12-month fixed termpost. Or a secondment opportunity if you already work in the health and caresector. You will work from home, and from an office base, either in Worthing,Hove, or Lewes with travel across the region for careers events, and networkingas required.
