Job Title: Performance Marketing Officer

Department: Marketing and Planning

Location: Central London or Fully Remote

Working Model: Hybrid – 1-2 days in the office a week (incl. London weighting) or Fully Remote (no London weighting)

Salary: Up to £32,500 (hybrid) or up to £29,000 (fully remote)

Morgan Hunt is thrilled to be working with a world-renowned Children’s Charity, who are on the hunt for a PERFORMANCE MARKETING OFFICER to join their altruistic London team.

The charity offers both a hybrid and fully remote working model (fully remote doesn’t include London weighting).

With the majority of the charity’s income coming from donations and fundraising support of people across the UK, they’re in need of someone to join their Marketing and Planning department to assist on the develop and execution of paid marketing campaigns. You’ll be working on multi-channel campaigns, email marketing, PPC, and paid social and display.

The key responsibilities of the Performance Marketing Officer

  • Be an expert on the use of marketing especially, display, PPC and paid social. As well as influencing teams to help them acquire, retain and engage supporters of the charity and provide advice accordingly.
  • Deliver, test and optimise marketing activity, to maximise engagement and revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop campaign briefs, digital plans and deliverables to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing developments and to introduce them to the organisation as appropriate.
  • Skills/experience required

  • Proven experience of successfully developing and delivering marketing campaigns as part of a customer/supporter acquisition and retention strategy.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing digital, communications or marketing projects from inception to closure, with an ability to proactively find solutions to problems and communicating effectively throughout.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to organise and plan your own workload as well of the work of others, manage budgets and deliver objectives on time to a high standard.
  • A good understanding of campaign tracking and analytics, to be able to review and improve campaign performance.
  • Ideally from a charity or public sector background.
