JOB ROLE: Help Desk Coordinator


JOB TYPE:
Permanent

COMPANY: A, expanding property company

HOURS: 35 hours per week

SALARY
: Up to £29,000 per annum


LOCATION:
Purley

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

  • Dealing with all communications and client queries via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner
  • Logging of jobs
  • Updating Client reports and internal databases
  • Take information from engineers and contractors and produce front sheets in a timely and accurate fashion – this includes filling in the front data sheet
  • Allocate appropriate tasks to engineers. Ie: send a carpenter to quote for a carpenter’s position
  • Planning of long- and short-term work for engineers
  • Keep accurate and on-going check on all outstanding/unfinished work
  • SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Relevant supervisor and safety experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Be computer literate (minimum of word/excel)
