37 hours per week, term-time plus one week

Actual salary – £17,821.64 per annum

(FTE £20,812.00)

    We are seeking to appoint a Welfare/Attendance Administrator to provide administrative support to the Academy Welfare and Attendance Team. The successful candidate will support the Academy Welfare and Attendance Team to work with multi agencies and community led organisations to improve and enhance the welfare of our students and their families. Previous administration experience is essential as the role involves supporting the Academys busy admin function. Previous experience in a school environment is desirable but not essential.

    The successful candidate will :

  • Have previous administration experience;
  • Have a good standard of English and Maths to GCE/GCSE;
  • Be experienced in the use of Office Word/Excel with proven administrative experience to ensure good record keeping in relation to meetings and discussions;
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills required as the post requires working closely with a number of stakeholders;
  • Have the ability to work unsupervised with excellent organisational skills;
  • Be able to plan and pioritise their own workload.
