This role requires someone who wants to work closely with senior stakeholders across all business functions while also partnering with the internal audit committee.

The Role

As the Financial Compliance analyst you will report directly to the European Director for Risk & Controls working with them and a wider european team to deliver:

  • Information gathering
  • Risk Assessments
  • Audit Planning
  • Data Analytics
  • Fieldwork (e.g. interviews, inspection, data reconciliation)
  • Controls recommendations
  • Audit Reporting
  • Presentation of key findings and remediations to stakeholders
  • Follow up of action plans
  • Coordination with controls owners, external auditors etc
  • SOX404 Planning (training provided)
  • SOX404 Reporting etc (training provided)
  • Ad-hoc projects/investigation

Your Profile

The successful Financial Compliance analyst will have a background in finance, data analysis, BI or compliance/audit and will be keen to develop their career further in this area with comprehensive training being offered. This is a highly visible role that would suit a confident communicator who enjoys business partnering and influencing stakeholders.

Due to the nature of this role there may be some business travel required across Europe however this will be well planned in advance.

Salary & Benefits

£40,000-£50,000 plus comprehensive benefits including, 10% bonus, medical cover, company pension and flexible benefits. Parking is available on site and the business operates a hybrid work model with 3 days in office per week.
