About the role

The post-holder will work flexibly as part of a small team of staff at our Bath Spa University London campus to provide high quality administrative and general technical support for all taught programmes and events. The Reception and Resource Coordinator will act as the first point of contact for Bath Spa University students on campus, disseminating laptops and signposting them to Bath based IT services.


About you (requirements)

The postholder reports directly to the Campus Manager, but works closely with the Academic Director and Course Director on a daily basis on all aspects of managing their programmes. In order to fulfil these functions, the postholder is required to establish, develop and maintain strong working relationships with academics and professional services staff. 

The Reception and Resource Coordinator will be working alongside the Campus Manager to ensure services are effective and efficient and compliant with University policies and regulations.

The successful candidate will act as a first point of contact for staff and student queries, providing proactive, customer focused support in a timely and effective manner.
