Teaching Personnel are working with a partner Primary School in Towcester, who are looking for 3x SEN Support Assistants, to work 1:1 with KS1 and KS2 pupils with ASD. The role will be full time, starting ASAP and will require for candidates to have prior experience working with pupils with SEN.

You will be working at a popular OFSTED GOOD school with a warm and welcoming ethos. The Staff, Parents and Governors of the school, all work together to provide the best for the pupils. The school aim for children to enjoy their time and education and work closely to help achieve set goals.

This role will involve working directly with a child on a 1:1 basis. Therefore, the successful candidate must be able to work collaboratively, sensitively, and empathetically, to meet their needs. They must be able to Supervise and support pupils in the learning environment, including more in-depth support on a 1:1 basis, for a child, to promote independence, inclusion, acceptance and support social development and welfare needs, whilst the equality of access to learning opportunities for all pupils.
