Teaching Personnel are currently looking for caring and enthusiastic individuals SEN Teaching Assistants for new and exciting work opportunities in Northampton.

Although experience working with SEN adults and young people is preferred, it is not essential and relevant experience in child and adult care will be evaluated. You will be required to work either in small groups or in 1:1 with students. The complexity of needs varies from sensory and medical needs (such as visual, hearing impairment, epilepsy) to multiple learning difficulties.

The ideal candidate for this role wants a passion for building relationships and strengthening education to support these young adults through their journey. The ideal candidate also has independence and initiative to be able to problem solve in tricky situations. They must also have some confidence in building relationships with students and colleagues.
