Morgan Hunt are working with a Women’s Charity on a temporary Reward Project Lead (Pay and Benefits) role starting ASAP. This role will be based remotely and is for 6 months initially, paying 400 per day to lead and implement a reward project. This position is for a wonderful charity who puts its values and ethics at the forefront of everything it does.

This role as a Reward Project Lead (Pay and Benefits) is to work as a member of the People and Culture team and successfully deliver a pay and benefits project, ensuring that you engage colleagues, senior leaders and consult as required. This is a remote working position – there will be occasional travel required to either the Bristol or London offices as they are meeting together as team once a month. This is because they currently have multiple projects running with multiple critical dependencies across them.

Key attributes of the Reward Project Lead (Pay and Benefits):

  • Experience of leading, managing and successfully implementing a pay and reward project
  • Experience of successfully implementing a reward project within a changing organisation and a challenging culture
  • Experienced of managing a project that has wider implications i.e. drives organisational change
  • Experience of picking up a project part way through and managing this through to a successful conclusion
  • Experience of working within the charity sector and working with a union
  • Ideally CIPD qualified or equivalent

For the project the organisation is looking for a Reward Project Lead (Pay and Benefits) who has/is:

  • Able to work in an environment which is not always joined up and is adept at navigating bumps along the way
  • Constructive, resilient, brings stability and energy
  • Ready to quickly make a difference and add value
