Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for an analytical and detail-orientated Administrator with experience within accounts.

A detail-orientated, process driven role you will be responsible for;

  • Raising sales invoices and purchase orders
  • Administrative support to the sales team, processing orders
  • Handling incoming calls, dealing with queries
  • Ensuring systems are kept up to date
  • Investigative work including analysis and systems reconciliation
  • Handling technical enquiries related to software
  • Using Sage50 and CRM systems to track and monitor orders
  • This is a very business critical role where accuracy and attention to detail is vital, any prior experience processing orders and/or working with accounts and figures on Microsoft Excel is beneficial. A moderate understanding of Microsoft Excel is vital and prior experience working as an Administrator with excellent numeracy skills.

    Opportunities are available to progress in this Administrator role and learn various parts of the business, including compiling operational reports, an introduction to accounts and finance duties or into office management.

    Offering a salary of £22-25,000p/a working Monday – Friday 9am – 5:15pm full time based in the office in Sutton Coldfield. Close-by to Sutton Coldfield train station and with free parking on site.

    Ideally with a view to start in December 2022 / January 2023, interviews to take place November 2022.
