Robert Half Finance and Accounting are currently looking to recruit a Bookkeeper to join an established, growing Accountancy Practice based in Westbury-On-Trym who are passionate about culture and personal growth. For the right person the client is offering a very competitive:

£26,000 – £30,000 + Training Provided + Hybrid working + Free Parking + Supportive Culture + More

Role responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Managing employer pension schemes, auto enrolment etc.
  • Preparing P11d’s
  • Setting clients up on cloud payroll
  • Client facing role dealing with queries on a regular basis
  • All bookkeeping responsibilities for your own client portfolio
  • Preparing VAT returns
  • Assisting with management accounts
  • Using Xero, Sage, Quickbooks and Excel

Person specification:

  • Professional attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience in using an accounting software – Desirable if have used Xero, Sage, Quickbooks & Excel
  • Previous experience in a similar role or previous experience either as a bookkeeper or payroll as they are willing to provide support and training
