Sales Advisor
Full time, 40 hours including weekends on rota
£19,760 + commission
Permanent, Lowestoft
Hales Group are supporting our client based in Lowestoft for a full time Sales Advisor to join their busy and vibrant office. You will need to be passionate about delivering a world class customer experience to all customers.
As a Holiday Sales Advisor you’ll be finding our customers their perfect holiday, ensuring inbound calls are converted into confirmed bookings and upselling insurance packages to give their customers extra piece of mind whilst on holiday. You will be motivated by targets, driven to succeed, strong and effective communicator who loves to build relationships and rapport with customers. Ensuring all new and loyal customers are provided with the informative, courteous and quality service that they expect.
Skills and experience
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (word excel and outlook)
- Outstanding communication skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Logical thinker with great problem solving skills
- Motivated by targets
- Strong and effective communicator
