Chef de Partie – Thatcham

Chef De Partie 35 Hours – Fixed Contract for 12 months starting February 2023

We are looking for strong kitchen assistance / CDP who has cooking experience and good sandwich making skills and MUST be a tidy worker.

You will be working in a very friendly and warm office environment, alongside our Chef Manager and his team, if you are looking for a work and life balance and love working in a catering environment, this is really is the role for you.

Chef requirements: Assist the Chef Manager in the kitchen operation and ensure the company’s reputation for food quality is maintained at all times.Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items as directed by the Chef ManagerSupport Manager with stock taking when required.Carry out the smooth and efficient running of your section as appropriate.
