As we continue to focus on our business growth, we have an opportunity for a Junior Personal Assistant to join our Group portfolio at TFG Brands.

With a key focus on delivery and providing administrative and organisational support, the Junior Personal Assistant is a high-profile role which will see you be accountable for providing key administrative assistance to the Senior team across the Group, working in true partnership with the Personal Assistant.

Key accountabilities include;

  • Extensive diary management, prioritising a complex diary schedule and organising all appointments where required independently
  • Support and facilitate external meetings for the Directors and their guests, ensuring all meeting rooms are set up appropriately with correct IT equipment and documentation for the attendees
  • Alongside the Personal Assistant, foster a culture of collaboration with appropriate discretion and confidentiality, filtering calls and meeting requests, helping suppliers and redirecting queries where appropriate
  • Scheduling and noting all the key department and interdepartmental sessions/meetings across the Group, compiling agendas, coordination and distribution of briefing documents and circulation of minutes
  • Arrange all UK and International travel itineraries for the Directors, booking travel, organising trip itineraries including accommodation and hospitality reservations, passports and visa requirements and arranging currency
  • About You
    As a forward-thinking Junior Personal Assistant, you will be able to demonstrate experience working in a fast-paced environment, ideally in the retail industry. Focused and systematic, you will have the ability to manage and prioritise multiple demands, able to work with sensitive information in a highly confidential manner. Your excellent attention-to-detail and organisational capability will ensure you are able to manage change at the last minute accurately and efficiently.

    The Junior Personal Assistant will have an excellent track record of building and maintaining respectable working relationships. Your behavioural skills will ensure you have the ability to communicate with individuals across all levels of the business, particularly at Senior level. You will be able to demonstrate excellent writing skills in order to communicate effectively via email and produce high quality correspondence. We will need you to possess extensive MS Office skills including Outlook, Excel, Teams and Advanced Powerpoint/Presentation packages.
