The Senior Marketing Executive will be assisting the Group’s Marketing Manager to support all areas of the Group and will be expected to hit the ground running and be able to work confidently, diligently, accurately and on your own where required.

This role will be an integral part of the Group’s future and will offer plenty of variety and scope for development.

Based in London and offers hybrid working.

Senior Marketing Executive responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the management of brand identity and the consistency, quality and development of all marketing across all platforms, all collateral and all communications
  • Managing and supporting the delivery of regular content from all departments and acquired firms for use across all mediums and its timely distribution , project lead the development and ongoing management of a content calendar
  • Supporting the organisation’s broader strategic growth objectives, by working with key stakeholders on separate projects for business development, events and communications
  • Develop strong working relationships with external agencies including across design, web development and public relations
  • Develop strong working relationships with external third-party product and service providers for the Group’s adviser toolkit and assisting on their delivery and promotion across the Group
  • Assist in the management and development of all Group websites and digital platforms, keeping the UX front and centre, maximising SEO at all times and developing a digestible monthly analytics report to help guide future updates and improvements
  • Advising on and managing the Groups social media channels by creating engaging content and increasing employee participation
  • Helping with any marketing required for the Group’s ad-hoc events including the Annual Conference and Gala Dinner
  • Assisting the Group Marketing Manager on the complete rebranding of all acquired firms
  • Requirements:

  • The Senior Marketing Executive will ideally have 3-5 years’ experience within a financial services marketing role
  • Desirable to have experience of working in a small marketing team
  • Desirable to have marketing related degree with 2:1 pass mark or similar professional qualification
  • Exceptional project management and communication skills, and strong attention to detail.
  • A good understanding of how quality of delivery and content impacts on client perception
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint)
  • Desirable to have knowledge of Adobe software
  • Good knowledge of social media platforms (primarily LinkedIn and Twitter)
  • Good knowledge of and demonstrable experience of working on different content management systems (primarily WordPress)
  • Demonstrable experience of mass email marketing and using different platforms (primarily Mailchimp)
  • Knowledge of HTML
  • Knowledge of SEO
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a small, dynamic but high-pressured environment with confidence and competence
