Day to day communications can range from dealing with Trustees, staff, volunteers, sponsors, the general public and other stakeholders. With enquiries and requests coming from across the organisation, the day can sometimes dramatically change from planned activities. The office responds supportively to requests from other departments and has regular contact with them.
