The primary purpose of the Asset Management Process Coordinator is to manage controlled documents, coordinate the annual return and the Risk and Value processes across the Directorate.
You will be responsible for reporting on compliance, working with the directorate to ensure documents are refreshed at the required frequency, and ensuring data is collected and validated to meet regulatory reporting deadlines. You will engage with stakeholders across the business to ensure suitable representation, and supporting material is prepared for Risk and Value sessions.
In addition, the Asset Management Process Coordinator will coordinate and take part in the internal audit process within Asset Strategy and Capital Delivery.
