Recruitment Administrator

Manchester City Centre

£24,000 – £27,000 depending on experience

37.5 hours per week – office based

Office Angels are delighted to be recruiting for an Administrator to join a busy recruitment company. Please note we can only consider applications from those with previous experience in a similar role, dealing with compliance and contractors.

Duties will include:

  • Creating contracts and processing extensions
  • Checking compliance documents for new starters
  • Completing checks including references, DBS and proof of address
  • Acting as first point of contact for any contractors
  • Screening candidates and booking interviews
  • Take ownership of social media activity for the team
  • Posting details of vacancies
  • Supporting payroll and dealing with timesheet issues
  • Dealing with any GDPR queries
  • We are looking for candidates with:

  • Previous recruitment and compliance experience
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to organise your own workload effectively
  • Fantastic communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
