Calibre Search are now recruiting for an assistant to intermediate level Construction Project Manager to be based in Leeds City Centre.

Having worked with this Consultancy for the past number of years, I can confidently say they work on some of the UK’s most fascinating construction projects within the built environment sector and offer numerous opportunities to progress your career.

This Consultancy are a leading firm in all matters involving project and cost management services delivering on some of the UK’s most impressive new build projects within the high end commercial and residential world.

You will be part of a highly skilled Projects team where you will assist and have the chance to lead on several multi-million pound construction developments exposing you to work with some of the UK’s prolific developers as well as be part of national public frameworks working on revolutionary higher education projects across the region.

Great position for any Assistant/Intermediate Project Manager looking for APC support, clear career structure and bonus incentives to give you a fulfilling Project Management career. Ideally you will have a RICS accredited degree with a few years under your belt operating as a Project Manager or Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry (ideally from another consultancy).

Duties:

  • Assisting with the day to day delivery of projects and in time, become confident in leading projects
  • Undertake contact administration and dealing with Tenders.
  • Produce reports to suit relevant stages of the projects
  • Assist in the management of consultant teams
  • Assist in the management of consultant teams to ensure that the built product is compliant with the contract
  • Liaise with the client on deviations from specification, budget etc.
  • Conduct meetings and show strong communication and client facing skills.
  • Ensure that all CDM regulations have been followed throughout the delivery of project
  • Manage logistics and resource allocation to ensure delivery of project
