A leading Civil Engineering Company is looking for a Cost Controller to work for them!

They will be working in the rail team providing support for the finances, payroll systems and information management team.

The ideal candidate would have strong IT and communication skills and experience working in Finance or Payroll.

This is a permanent position offering £28,000 + travel expenses

  • Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial
  • Knowledge of the construction / landscaping industry would be beneficial.
  • Great organisational skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Finance and Payroller background
  • Knowledge and experience of managing and maintaining data.
  • Previous experience of building effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word applications as well as experience with managing and maintaining data.
  • Previous experience as a Cost Controller
  • The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word
  • The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail
  • Experience in the Construction Industry / working on-site would be a bonus!
