The Job
Main duties/brief outline of job – PROJECT OUTLINE:- Winchester Elective Hub Theatres Scheme. – Currently Stage-2 P22 NEC Pre-Construction Status. – Developing Design & GMP for 28-bed Ward / 4 Theatre New Build Extension & Refurbishment of Existing Structure. Anticipated commencement on Site @ Sept 23; BRIEF OUTLINE OF JOB – Supporting the Lead QS with Pre-Construction Stage-2 activities moving into Stage 3; inclusive of review and analysis of Consultant & SC proposals & quotations for early design & work activities; Preparation of Consultant & SC appointments; Identification & pricing of risks; Monitoring & update of cost plan; Preparation & processing of Payment recommendations; NOTE:- The office base location for these works will be an already established IHP/Vinci project at Poole Hospital, – This is where the Lead CM for the Scheme Ed Cooper is presently based. A permanent Site office location will be set-up on Winchester from Sept 2023, once construction/enabling works commence on site;

Hours of work – 8:00 to 17:30
