About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Derivatives Solutions Associate.

Key function is the marketing of IFS products to our regional client base. The Derivatives Solutions Associate will be involved in all aspects of client coverage from gathering, analysing and updating client presentations to pitching and execution. The individual will have coverage responsibility for her own clients as well as assist senior coverage individuals in covering clients. They will work closely with other client functions of the bank on both the private and public side to leverage existing regional and global WF client relationships.

In this role, you will:

Help build a broader investment products, and derivative and secured funding client franchise and achieve revenue targets in line with defined goals for the specific coverage areas:

  • Deliver IFS products and solutions to a wide range of institutional and corporate
  • Maintain consistent, professional, and value-added client coverage
  • Build strong working relationships with all banking and product partners
  • Ensure strong partnerships with relationship Line of Business senior management
  • Partner effectively with all support areas to deliver superior customer service

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in Derivative and Secured Funding Marketing and/or Capital Markets.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding individual and team sales goals
  • Knowledge of derivative products, financial, secured funding and debt capital market
  • Results-oriented, with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Understanding and relevant knowledge of Derivative modelling and pricing
  • Strong understanding and experience with ISDA and other relevant documentation
  • Partner effectively with all support areas to deliver superior customer service
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong communicator and presenter

This position is deemed to be a Certified Person function under the FCA and PRA Certification Regime. You must at all times remain fit and proper to perform your role, and this will be assessed on at least an annual basis.
