Working hours: 40 hours per week (Fixed 3 week rota including lates and weekends)

Key Responsibilities: The role of Specialist Support Worker will focus primarily on the delivery of tailored transitioning support to people living at Zion House.
You will support the development and delivery of a specialist programme of transition-based support to people living at Zion House preparing them for independent living.
You will take a case management approach to all people and provide intensive, strength-based support to each service user in setting up their tenancies and settling into Zion House.
