The Human Resources Business Partner role is based within Marine Engineering & Systems.

At our site in the UK, we aim to deliver engineering-led and world-leading products and services across our engineering, specialised manufacturing, gas handling systems and naval marine businesses

The difference our new Human Resources Business Partner will make

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Leading and managing the roll out of the HR TOKAT Miecznik programme

Day to day, you’ll lead and manage the roll out of the HR TOKAT Miecznik programme, liase with internal stakeholders in particular, HR Leads within Early Careers, Resourcing and Learning & Development, sponsor, lead and ensure the delivery of complex business change, ensuring alignment with the Miecznik programme. Apply subject matter expertise to the development of policy, process or approach, reflecting on external best practice ensuring added value to the business, with confidence and influence, use appropriate levels of coaching, challenging practices and conscience recognition to support line managers and the business.

Essential experience

* requires Level 5 CIPD
* The role requires knowledge and a deep understanding of the HR functional areas, techniques and approaches associated with HR activity
* Confident speaker
* Advantageous to be Polish speaking
